The 20-year-old singer recently took the 18-year-old out to a romantic date at Stage Social House in Hollywood, where they had trouble keeping their hands off of each other.
“They got cozy at a corner table with big leather chairs and ordered chicken fingers, mac & cheese and french fries,” a source told Hollywood Life.
“Justin and Hailey are definitely in the honeymoon stage of their relationship. They were very flirty and touchy feely with Justin putting his hand on her leg under the table and Hailey stroking his arm with her fingers. They were definitely conscious of other people though and pulled back when they thought people were looking.”
The report comes after the pair denied they’re dating.
“People are crazy. I’m super single and this is my good friend u would know otherwise,” Bieber said via Instagram on Monday.
But the source said the pair appeared to be dating.
“You can tell Hailey thinks Justin is hilarious, as she giggled at every word he said. Meanwhile, he was on his best behavior, continually asking her if she needed anything and if she was warm enough,” the source added. “They were just having a really fun time together. No drama at all — just a lot of laughs.”
The report comes after Bieber and Baldwin allegedly went on a double date with Chris Brown and Kendall Jenner at a nightclub in Washington state.
The group posed for pictures while out on the town, and posted them on Instagram.
Bieber and Baldwin also spent the weekend together, starting with a hike at Runyon Canyon in Los Angeles.
Bieber then took Baldwin to Tacoma, Washington to hang out at Brown’s concert at Tacoma Dome.
And they attended church in Washington on Sunday.
