Ghana midfielder Andre Ayew was unhappy with his  Olympique Marseille side after their defeat at Grenoble.

Grenoble pulled off a shock win over Marcelo Bielsa's side on penalties to progress to the last-32 of the Coupe de France.

Florian Thauvin missed the crucial penalty for the Ligue 1 side after they drew 3-3 in normal time, while Grenoble scored all five of their's to win 5-4 after a dramatic 120 minutes of action.
Ayew, who came on as substitute to score Marseille's third goal in extra time after being set-up by Dja Djedje, was left incandescent at his side's first-half approach.

"We did not do the right thing. Our performance is simply unacceptable"
"We took the lead three times but couldn't maintain it. I must think of something else and focus on the championship. The first half was not very good, we were not quite conquerors."
"We were not the first on the ball and we were losing the second balls."

Ayew is expected to join Ghana’s pre-AFCON camp in Spain and will be making his fourth Nations Cup appearance in Equatorial Guinea.
