There have been countless number of Ghanaian secular artistes who have drifted to gospel music but hardly have there been situations of the converse holding true.

Flex newspaper has gathered that one of No Tribe's backing vocalists, and a member of gospel group Skuulfuo David Ajah known in showbiz as Dee Aja has left the gospel music train for secular music. After having performed gospel music in the churches and other platforms, Dee Aja is now ready to clamour for stages with the like of Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, Sarkodie, Daddy Lumba, among others, to prove his presence in the world of secular music.

Dee Ajah is out with his first secular single dubbed Ada Obim meaning the 'queen of my heart.' The song basically talks about a beautiful Nigerian young lady from a poor home who got married to a prince from Ghana.

David was an underground gospel musician who was well – known in some of the churches  in and around Tema and Ashaiman till he met Nana Kweku Osei aka Nacy in 2009 who groomed him for two years. Afterwards, he was accepted into the No Tribe music group as a backing vocalist both in the studio and on stages and later he joined Skuulfuo to release their album.

Dee has performed with No Tribe at Adom Praiz's Don Moen and Cece Winans shows, Daddy Lumba's Legends and Legacy Ball show, and others. In 2011, Nacy put together a four member group called Skuulfuo and for four years he was an active member traveling around the country and the world with that group too.

All these years, he had been writing his songs and grooming himself for the local and international market. His type of music is Afropop.
