Kwaw Kese might be smiling now as
the judge sitting on his case has threatened to free him.
Justice William Boampong who was
angry in court on Thursday, threatened to let Kwaw go free if prosecutors
refuse to bring their witness to court at the next sitting.
Report says prosecutors failed to
present their witness today in court which led to the adjourning of the case to
February 13.
The hiplife artiste was arrested and
locked up at the Kumasi central prisons on November 22, 2014 for publicly
smoking weed at a pub in the Ashanti Region.
He was granted bail on December 30,
2014 after several attempt by his lawyer to secure his bail.
