Lil Wayne’s pockets are going to be a whole lot lighter.

The rapper has decided to settle a legal battle with a company who provided a ton of fireworks for his concerts — to the tune of $86,000, BOSSIP can reveal.

Pyrotek Special Effects sued Lil Wayne earlier this year in U.S. District Court in Miami, claiming they provided the rapper with fireworks and other special effects for various concerts, including a custom flame show, flaming microphone stand and various other pyro effects for gigs he performed from July through September 2013.

The company accused Lil Wayne of owing them a total of $85,964.83 for everything from 200 tracer comets, 62 white flashes with a bang, 36 propane tanks, 30 pounds of exploding powder and permits and insurance fees.

Then on August 10th, lawyers for Weezy and Pyrotek filed court docs that state they reached a settlement. The rapper agreed to pay $85,964 along with a $444 in court costs, for a grand total of $86,408, which will be paid through four installments of $21,602.

The company isn’t fully confident in Lil Wayne paying up and the deal, and said if he defaulted, he has to pay the full amount immediately plus an additional $7,289 in interest.

But if he makes each payment on time and pays them the final installment in December, the case will fully be dismissed against him.
