TOP 10 MALE RAPPERS IN 2015 | Check The position Of You Favorite Ghanaian Rapper

Rap is not just about speaking and just rolling the tongue. Rap is more than that. First, the message the rapper is putting across should be clear and should above all create a good message. Over the years since its creation, rap music has dramatically grown as a result of the rapper involved. Most artists over the years have claimed to be the best rapper. However, everybody cannot be the boss. One must top it all. I must make it known also that there are huge collection of finest rappers in Ghana but as of this year, this is what we have gathered.

We have therefore compiled a list from the least to the top rapper as in 2015. These assessments are based on the following:

Based on this criterion, these are therefore the 10 top rappers in 2015.

10. EL

 El this year has also dropped great songs which includes  king without a crown, all black and others. However, I will rate him on this position because his tracks has not been very popular as we wish to see. However, El is a best rapper and everyone knows that.

9. Teephlow

Teephlow finished second position with Strongman on the Gh's next big thing show. He made a track with Sarkodie and also had several with Nero X. A popular one is Nyame Dadaw. His rap on that track was very great and you can never do away with Nero X when it comes to rapping. He is a great guy so he deserves his position on this ranking.

8. Guru

Guru, the NKZ man who is on top form this year makes our list. Most of his songs are in the 'azonto' genre. However, his recent track 'asumbo' is a huge one. His raps are great. Some of his tracks  include 'nyame ntua woka, pooley swag, Darkuman, Baba God, and others.

7. Flowking Stone

Flowking Stone is on top form this year. He has dropped more this year. Some include a refix on Sarkodie's 'revenge of the spartans', 'me kyeakyea', 'Number one feat Manifest, we bad with Yaa Pono and others. Flowking is simply on form and He deserves his position.

6. Edem

Edem this year cannot be left away on our 10 finest rappers. He has been on the move this year with songs tracks like Delaila, girlfriend and a recent one Nyedzilo. Edem is also on top form and deserves his position on this rank.

5. Yaa Pono

Yaa Pono is so far the best rapper with huge punch lines. The only thing some people do not like about Pono is his frequent songs on firlty. However, Yaa Pono is simply a beast with raps. Some of his songs like 'high grade family, f*ck me, agbeleme, and a popular feature track with Stonebowy 'Zongo girl'.

4. Okyeame Kwame

 Okyeame takes the fouth spot because he is actually on top form this season. His single 'small small' is a hot track. His lyrics are on point. Okyeame Kwame is simply a beast when it comes to rap and I will give him huge credit because this year is his.

3. Obrafour

Obrafour as he is popularly known has been a hitmaker over the years. He is undoubtly the best man on the mic. Just this year, Obrafour also referred to as Ghana rap sofo  has released huge tunes. Some include 'pimpinaa, nkotompo, aboa onni dua' and others. However, in this year, I will rate Obrafour on the third position.

2. Strongman

Strongman is undoubtful on top form at the moment. After wining GhOne’s Next Big Thing, Strongman has really been on top form. His style of rap music is very tormenting. That is, he speaks "big words". Just in 2015, he has bagged in several tracks which includes "Tonight, 3ny3 de3 ehia nie, all my money and others. Sarkodie, has recommended this dude and said great things about him and its real that these things are now happening.

Michael Owusu Addo, known by his stage name Sarkodie, is a Ghanaian hip hop and hiplife recording artist from Tema.He won the Best International Act: Africa category at the 2012 BET Awards, and was nominated in the same category at the 2014 BET Awards. In 2015, Sarkodie was ranked the 19th most Influential Ghanaian by e-TV Ghana. He is considered one of the major proponents of the Azonto genre and dance.

Sarkodie is often named as one of Africa's greatest Hip pop artists. MTV ranked him number 6 on their list of Hottest African MC's in 2014. In 2013, Lynx TV ranked him number 1 on their list of the "Top 10 Ghanaian Rappers Of All Time". In 2015, AfricaRanking.com ranked him number 3 on their list of "Top 10 African Rappers Of 2015". In 2015, Sarkodie was named by The Guardian as one of the top five hip hop acts on the African continent.

Sarkodie, has over the years showed what he is really made of. He is currently a hitmaker and the most sought after artist in Ghana. His albums includes "Makye, Rapperholic, Sarkology, Sarkcess music and Mary. He really deserves to be where he is now.
