The glamour model turned businesswoman was widely thought to be expecting her sixth child after she posted a picture of herself next to the caption:
“3 days to go until exciting new thing (sic).”
Katie added a number of emoticons next to it, including one of a baby bottle.
Some fans thought this meant she was going to announce some exciting baby news in the coming days, with a handful even congratulating her.
Katie posted two pictures of her bare tummy, with one showing her looking very slim as she breathed in and another showing her breathing out.
“So funny people saying I have got a belly. I’m happy and content and lucky I can breath in and out #thinkwhatyouwant,” she captioned it.
