Some students prefer parties to examination - Noble

Sharing his views on Supreme morning show on Ultimate Fm, a campus based station in UDS Campus, Wa, Noble, a social communicator revealed one of the top reason why most students fail their examinations. His comments were in reaction to question asked by the host , Miss Olivia Ansu about his opinion during the entertainment segment presentation on the story " Yvonne Okoro to premiere "keeping up with the Okoro's" on television.

 "Most students especially those in the universities do not take their studies seriously. All they do is to hop from one party to the other", he said.

There have been a lot of questions raised against teachers in the country at the moment. Recently, almost half of the students who sat for the just ended Basic Education Certification Examination (BECE) failed in an unprecedented scene. Students in the senior high schools did their worst when most of them failed Maths and Science respectively.

"Some students will visit 'the Sarkodie shows' instead of sitting up to learn for their examinations"
 He confessed.

There have been several times where students in the senior high schools secretly run to attend shows in town, far away from campus. The university is not a different place. Everything is free. For this reason, most will not pay attention to their books but will spend a whole semester partying.

Surprisely, people thought the "dumsor" was one reason why students were failing their examinations. However, a recent addition shows that, students pay much attention to social media. "Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram" and all those you can think of is now the new show. If students keep doing this, monies which could have been used for something better will be wasted.

"I will entreat parents, teachers, and above all students themselves to be serious with their studies", he concluded.

This is a huge advice students have to put in mind. The number of unemployment keeps going up each day. Take your studies serious and you can make it in the future.
