The past 24 hours have been pretty interesting with comments from a section of the Ghanaian public asking the clout American RnB superstar Trey Songz has to describe BET Award winner Stonebwoy a “King”.

Well, this came up after nydjlive.com made a publication on a video shared on Instagram that had Trey Songz describe the People Dey hitmaker as a “real king from Ghana”.

Perhaps he had no clout to “crown” or refer to the musician as a king but what if it comes from a fellow countryman?

Well, reigning artist of the year at Vodafone Ghana Music Awards and leader of the Eliens, Elorm Adablah otherwise known as E.L has endorsed Trey Songz choice of Stonebwoy as a king. In his own words, the musician referred to Stonebwoy as the “AFRICAN DANCEHALL KING”

Trey Songz and Stonebwoy had been in in Kenya where they were wrapping up with productions on the Season 4 of Coke Studio Africa.

It is understood the two have recorded a new single aside the project for which they came together in Kenya.

Watch the video shared by E.L and his caption.
