Hammer announced this in a farewell message on Facebook Tuesday afternoon, soon after releasing his latest single Effortless, which also features Teephlow.
Teephlow got recruited to The Last Two Music Group after placing second in hiphop reality show The Next Big Thing in 2012, and has been with the label till now.
In that time, he has released significant rap anthems and secured collaboration with such heavyweights as Sarkodie, Kwaw Kese, Edem, and veteran Obrafour.
Born Edward Nana Poku Osei, Da Hammer is CEO of The Last Two Music Group, which is responsible for nurturing the music careers of such significant Ghanaian rappers as Obrafour, Kwaw Kesse, Edem, and Sarkodie.
