The 86-year-old accuses her nephew-in-law of abusing her, according to court documents obtained by E! News.<br /> <br /> The Jackson matriarch claims that Trent, who is her longtime driver, manipulated her for years so he could take control of her finances. Calling him an "abusive con-man," she also alleges that Trent has been accessing bank accounts without her authorization, using her credit cards for personal purchases without approval and emotionally abusing her.<br /> <br /> Katherine says in the court documents that Trent tried to estrange her from her kids. She says she had to hide in her closet so she could speak freely to her kids and she also fears physical harm. "Now that he knows his conduct will be revealed, she fears what he may do to her upon her return," reads part of the documents.<br /> <br /> The paperwork additionally states, "Trent has manipulated Mrs. Jackson so much, and preyed on her known kindness, that whenever the police arrive or efforts to press elder abuse charges have been undertaken, she ultimately recants or changes her mind."<br /> <br /> According to <a href="http://www.tmz.com/2017/02/08/katherine-jackson-elder-abuse-nephew-trent/">TMZ</a>, Katherine is now in London visiting Janet Jackson. On Wednesday, February 8, she was seen walking into Janet's home with the help of her 66-year-old daughter Rebbie Jackson. Janet recently welcomed her first child with Wissam Al Mana, Eissa Al Mana.
