Singer Justin Bieber has come out with a confessional video for his fans. The 20-year-old has apologised to his fans for his “arrogant” and “conceited” behaviour. The video was posted on Justin's Facebook page after he appeared on Ellen DeGeneres' chat show. It is being said that the singer faired badly on Ellen's show and has released an emotional video to compensate for his “nervous” appearance.
In the video, the “Boyfriend” singer is seen saying that he is not the person he is pretending to be since the last few years. The singer says that he appeared on Ellen's show for her birthday and was “nervous” in front of the audience. He adds that he was nervous because he was afraid of what people were thinking about him. “I didn’t want to come off arrogant or conceited or basically how I’ve been acting the past year, year and a half,” Justin can be seen saying in the video.
The singer says he pretended to be someone else because he found it very hard to grow up in “this business.” He also says that he felt “awkward” when he was at the height of success, as he was always worried about people judging him. The singer adds that he wants people to know him and realise how much he cares about them. He is not the kind of person who “does not give a f--k,” Justin says. He is the one who “genuinely cares” despite everything that has happened in the past, Justin adds.
Justin says at the end that he wants to make “best impression” on people and be “kind, loving” and “gentle," and  that his mom has raised him like a “softie” and he wants to be one. The singer looks serious in the emotional video. According to TMZ, the real reason why Justin released the video is because he wanted to make up for his “bombed” appearance at Ellen's show. According to multiple reports, Justin was “extremely nervous” on the chat show and “gave one word” answers.
