Mourinho announced himself as the Special One when he first arrived at Chelsea in 2004 and he is on the verge of proving it once again this season.
Mourinho is closing in on his third Premier League crown, having already won the Capital One Cup in March.
Chelsea need 15 more points to win the league, a title which would be Mourinho's 22nd in just 15 years as a manager.
Mourinho said: "I think. I have a problem, which is I'm getting better at everything related to my job since I started.
"There has been evolution in many different areas - the way I read the game; the way I prepare the game; the way I train; the methodology... I feel better and better.
"But there is one point where I cannot change: when I face the media, I am never a hypocrite."
Meanwhile Chelsea have launched a £4m bid for FC Tokyo's Japan striker Yoshinori Muto, 22.
Muto is understood to have been on Chelsea's radar for some time and the Blues have stepped up their interest with a number of their European rivals joining the chase for his signature.
FC Tokyo president Naoki Ogane said: "It is true that Chelsea sent us an offer for Muto. It is a formal offer with conditions. They want to acquire him in the summer."
Muto said: "I have not decided yet at all. It is an honour for me to receive this offer from a great club."
