Cech is considering leaving the Blues after falling behind Thibaut Courtois in Jose Mourinho’s pecking order with the Premier League champions.
The 33-year-old hung up his gloves for the season after playing in the Czech Republic's 2-1 defeat in their Euro 2016 qualifier against Iceland on Friday.
Cech has maintained he would not think about his future until after that game, but he is now free to consider his options having concluding the 2014-15 campaign.
Chelsea are adamant they will accept nothing less than £10million for the Champions League hero amid interest from Arsenal, Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain.
The Blues would prefer Cech to leave for France rather than join a Premier League rival, however the player is settled in London and is believed to favour a move to the Gunners.
Arsene Wenger already has two first-team goalkeepers on his books in Wojciech Szczesny and David Ospina but Cech’s proven top-flight record would be a welcome addition to the Emirates.
