Blakk Rasta who’s hosted the Taxi Driver show on Hitz FM for the past 8 years however did not give reason for his resignation, only that, he’s “not being inspired anymore”.
In a status update on Facebook, Blakk Rasta said, “Just resigned from Hitz fm after 8 years in action. Not being inspired anymore... Thanks for the love and energy. Will give you details soon. To Jah be the glory.”
The radio show host, cum reggae musician last month appeared before the Privileges Committee of Parliament to apologise for a comment he passed on his show that 80 per cent of parliamentarians smoked marijuana.
Blakk Rasta in a remorseful look described his comment as a very unfortunate remark which was as a result of him being on heat.
