Birdman and Young Thug are named in an indictment, alleging that a tour bus shooting aimed at Weezy was actually a murder plot, reports Atlanta’s WSBTV.
Jimmy Winfrey, the third man named, is Thugger’s road manager. He was apprehended in May for the bus shooting on charges of aggravated assault, terroristic threats, possession of a firearm by a felon, and criminal gang activity.
Young Thug was actually arrested Wednesday morning on charges of making terroristic threats.
Prosecutors also allege that the Rich Gang affiliates are members of the Bloods gang, and cites Winfrey holding an assault rifle in Thugger’s ”Half Time” video, and lyrics about Tunechi, as evidence of the murder plot.
