While in court appealing a sentence for breaching the Anti-Social Behaviour Order, the judge sentenced Brown to four months in jail calling him a "nuissance" but recognizing that he clearly needs help after his defense attorney described him as a chronic alcoholic. Brown is still banned him from making any more emergency calls unless he is in an actual emergency.
British Man Jailed For Repeatedly Claiming To Be Nicki Minaj
A British man has been jailed for four months after repeating calling emergency phone services claiming to be Nicki Minaj. While this normally wouldn't be a critical offense, 24 year-old Stephen Brown's claims
were part of a string of calls made to the emergency phone service
earlier this year. He previously called emergency services claiming that
two men were attacking him before hanging up and calling back saying he
wanted to cancel the first call, that he was Nicki Minaj and that there
was a poltergeist in his house, according to NY Daily News.
