Ed Sheeran seems to get positive response from the rapper after playing his third album several times.
Jay-Z has heard Ed Sheeran's next studio installment and the rapper seems to be impressed with the British redhead's work. "He made me play it four times in a row and called me an alien. That was promising," the singer opened up to Billboard.
Sheeran says of his new record, "I'm nervous about how it's going to be received." He explained, "Normally I don't care much about what people think of my music. If you love it, awesome; if you don't, go and listen to something else.' But this time is different. This project is a lot more dear to me."
He hasn't revealed the title and release date of his new album just yet. He recently released a song called "Lay It All on Me" recorded for Rudimental's album. "That's the last song il be releasing for a long time, til album 3," he said back then. "This is my final thing I'm releasing for a while."
