Grass cutter runs over farmworker attacked by bees

Johannesburg - A worker who was attacked by a swarm of bees died when he jumped off his tractor and fell under the grass cutter it was pulling in Bapsfontein, on the East Rand, on Monday, paramedics said.

He jumped off the moving tractor when the bees attacked him, Netcare 911 spokesperson Athlenda Mathe said.

The grass cutter ran over him. He died before paramedics arrived.
