Drake Buys Neighbor’s House After Noise Complaint [Photos]

Drake has officially expanded his estate by purchasing his neighbor’s Hidden Hills,California home for nearly $3 million, as referenced in his collaborative track with Future, “Where Ya At,” saying “I’ll buy the neighbors house if they complain about the noise.”

Drake reportedly bought the neighbor’s house for a little under $3 million during the summer of 2015. The Views rapper paid $7.7 million for his larger Calabasas, Calif. property, complete with seven bedrooms and an enormous pool, back in 2012. Additionally, his mentor Lil Wayne, who famously rapped “Got 10 bathrooms, I could shit all day” on “We Be Steady Mobbin,” is probably most proud of Drizzy because he’s got nine bathrooms in the new crib.

No word on what Drake’s plans are with the new acquisition, but with an extra acre of property, he should have a little more space for his OVO squad.
