The "Empire State of Mind" rapper has reportedly hired a team of doctors to watch after his wife as well as a live-in nurse after they were forced out of their Bel Air rental mansion due to a mold infestation.<br />

According to a family insider, Queen Bey is "already considered to be a high risk pregnancy" as she is pregnant with twins and used IVF to conceive. The insider tells <a href="http://radaronline.com/videos/beyonce-pregnant-twins-due-date-jay-z-health-crisis-nurse-hire/">Radar Online</a> that after the couple was learning that they were living in a home that health inspectors deemed to be "unsafe," the "Run the World" songstress was being "closely monitored" by her doctors for any side effects.<br />

It's official that Jay-Z will continue his long-standing touring partnership with Live Nation. The entertainment mogul has signed a deal which covers his worldwide touring that is produced and promoted by the company. Although the financial records hasn't been unveiled, the renewed deal is reportedly worth 200 million dollars.<br />

"Live Nation and I entered unchartered territory in 2008. Over nine years, we have traveled the world producing historic music experiences," Jay-Z said in a statement. "[Live Nation president and chief executive officer] Michael Rapino is an industry visionary, and this renewed partnership is a testament to out longstanding relationship and the talented individuals at Live Nation. For the next 10 years, we will continue redefining the live event landscape."<br />

The deal was made because their initial 10-year agreement is coming to an end. "Jay-Z is one of the world's preeminent touring artists. This strengthens the creative and business partnership of someone that continues to expand his touring base and reach," Michael Rapino said in a statement.<br />

Their last touring deal was signed in 2008. It was worth 150 million dollars and covered three albums, publishing and other assets. The deal also helped launch Jay-Z's label Roc Nation as a joint venture between the two parties. However, the new deal will only focus on the rapper's shows and concerts.<br />

For Jay-Z's fans, the new deal is surely a hope for the rapper to re-enter the hip-hop world as a performer after his extended hiatus. In some photos obtained by MediaTakeOut, Jay-Z was all smiles during the outing. The "Empire State of Mind" rapper and the mystery lady were seen leaving No Name restaurant and made their way back to their cars where two drivers took them their separate ways.<br />

Earlier this week, Beyonce reportedly moved into a rental house located just minutes from Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles. "Beyonce has already decided that the twins will be born at Cedars, and she wants Jay-Z to have a house for them to return to when they leave, not a hotel," a source told Radar Online, "[She] wants everything to be perfect and things keep going wrong. And this move near the hospital will make her delivery so much easier, she thinks."

Jay-Z reportedly pulled his entire discography from Spotify due to business motives. The hip-hop star is the co-owner of a music streaming service Tidal, so his decision to remove his music from Spotify sparks speculations that it is a business tactic to beat Tidal's competitor. A rep for Spotify claimed that "some of his (Jay-Z) catalog has been removed at the request of the artist."<br />

Now there are only few Jigga's albums which can be found on Spotify. Two collaborative albums with R. Kelly, "Best of Both Worlds" (2002) and "Unfinished Business" (2004), are still listed along with some collaborative singles, but all of his solo albums have vanished from the streaming service. A recent report claimed that Jay-Z also gave similar treatment to Apple Music.<br />

Although there's still no confirmation from Jay-Z, the decision to remove music from Spotify and Apple Music seems to be a competitive move to make fans turn to Tidal. Jay-Z's wife who's also heavily-invested in Tidal, Beyonce Knowles, however, didn't pull her music from the streaming services, although her recent effort "Lemonade" is only available on Tidal exclusive.<br />

Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, bought Tidal for $56 million in 2015. However, Tidal didn't seem to go too well in streaming marketplace. Its subscription number is reportedly below 3 millions, far behind Spotify with more than 50 million subscribers and Apple Music with 20 million subscribers. Other Tidal's major artist investors are Rihanna, Kanye West, Nicki Minaj, Calvin Harris, Madonna, Alicia Keys and Coldplay.<br />

The claims were made in an explosive new book about Beyonce’s life, Becoming Beyoncé: The Untold Story, which was written by celebrity journalist Randy Taraborrelli.<br />

On Friday it excerpts from the book were published, claiming that Beyonce and Jay Z split following a nasty rumour about the hip hop mogul’s relationship with then 17-year-old Rihanna.<br />

But Jay Z didn’t show any signs that the latest batch of rumours were bothering him.<br />

Following the claims that it was a PR stunt devised by Rihanna’s team to catapult her into stardom when she released her debut, Pon de Replay, her former publicist Jonathan Hay has now claimed he orchestrated it.<br />

“I apologised to [Beyonce],” he told the New York Daily News, “This whole thing is very awkward.<br />

“I was blindsided by the news of Becoming Beyoncé coming out and it couldn't come at a worse time for me.<br />

“The PR stunt that I did was out of desperation to help break Pon de Replay. It was reckless and I didn't think it was going to work. I was just throwing spaghetti at the wall to see what would stick.”<br />
