Veteran hiplife musician and current president of the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA), Obour has praised fellow rapper, Sarkodie for being on top of his game and investing in his craft.

Obour, whose real name is Bice Osei Kuffour, showered props on the hip hop act for investing financially into equipment that can make his craft better.

Speaking in a recent interview on eTV, the ‘Min Wu Biom’ rapper, who said he hasn’t performed much on stage since becoming the MUSIGA president in August 2011, revealed one of the secrets of Sarkodie.

“No disrespect to the others doing it but Sarkodie invests so much into his art. He is one of the artistes whom when you engage to come perform at a concert, and you finish your monetary and paper works, he personally invests into the show.

“For instance; if you see Sarkodie performing, there are times you see some pyro lights and some smokes, they are not things organisers brought, those are items he as an artist pays for organisers to incorporate into his performance. He is up there because he puts a lot on his art,” he added
