Drake has announced that his joint tour with Future will now go into the fall, with 15 new dates added. 14 of the newly announced shows will pick up from where the originally announced tour left off, starting September 20 in Edmonton, and finishing October 16 in Newark. Check out the newly announced dates below, and the original series of dates below that.
Drake revealed the artwork for his highly anticipated new album Views from the 6 last night, and he’s followed up the artwork with a big announcement this morning. Starting in July, Drake will set off on the “Summer Sixteen” North American tour in promotion of Views from the 6, and he’ll be bringing Future, Roy Woods, DVSN, and a number of special guests along. The tour will start July 20 in Austin, and end September 17 in Vancouver.
The July 31 and August 1 stops in Toronto will be part of his annual OVO Fest at the Air Canada Centre, with Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa expected to perform alongside Drake and Future. As per usual, Drake will keep the special guests portion of OVO Fest in particular close to his chest, but going by past years, it seems highly likely there will be some big name performers appearing at the event.
Check out the list of dates below and the album artwork for Views from the 6 below that.
