Quite unexpected, Don Jazzy made the announcement via social media networking site Instagram on Monday October 31 2016.

Iyanya confirmed the news sharing the image on his social media pages.

The news has been welcomed by many who believe this is the best decision by Iyanya.

Few months ago, Iyanya confirmed his departure from Triple MG to float his own record label after parting ways amicably with long-term partner Ubi Franklin.
