GHANA - Presidential staffer, Stan Dogbe whose name popped up as the officer who took charge over the printing of the  error-infested independence day brochure, that got the nation into international ridicule, has refuted claims that  he never had the  contract to print out those brochures.

Peacefmonline.com  chanced upon some revealing documents indicating that family of Presidential Staffer in charge of Flagstaff House Communication Bureau, Stan Xeose Dogbe, the dismissed Acting Director of the Information Services Department (ISD) Francis Kwarteng Arthur and Stan Dogbe's wife are Directors of the Company alleged to be responsible for the brochure gaffe.

The documents alleged that printer of the brochure belongs to the family of Stan Dogbe.

According to sources, Stan Dogbe's wife Seyram Hiamabey and Stan Dogbe's sister Sefakor Dogbe are Directors of the company that printed the error-ridden brochures used for the 59th Independence anniversary last Sunday.

As if this is not enough, like a conspiracy theory; the sacked Acting Director of the ISD Francis Kwarteng Arthur is also a Director of the same company, including other two persons.
The name of the company that is alleged to have produced the error-infested brochure was given as Event PR.

Event PR clientelle according to their website includes: The Ministry of Roads and Transport, Lordina Foundation, National Youth Authority, Ghana Gas, Ghana Free Zones Board, Ghana Aids Commission among others.

Stan Dogbe is said to be the CEO of that company but in a sharp rebuttal, Stan took to social media to explain matters.

This is what he wrote:

"Let's stop the hate!
It is trite knowledge that I was a business owner before entering politics. It is no secret that I run the EventPR Company.

It is a fact that the EventPR published the funeral brochure for my big sisters Hon. Hanna Tetteh and Hon. Elizabeth Ofosu Agyare. With all due respect, is it a sin for EventPR to do business because of my links with the company?

For a colleague appointee to carry copies of the two brochures to prove to people including NPP friends that my wife's company published the Independence Day Brochure is disgustingly low. It is sheer wickedness.

The EventPR undoubtedly has one of the best concept, design and publishing teams in the country, but the company has never produced any document or publication for the Office of the President.

Furthermore, the company did not publish, let alone print, the Independence Day brochure.

As we continue on this anti-Stan agenda for whatever reason, let us sit and ponder over our own actions and positive contribution to the Mahama administration and upcoming campaign. Let us ask ourselves whether we are being sincere and committed to the appointing authority.

I have not executed any printing, publishing or marketing communications for the OOP using the EventPR.
I have brought and will continue to bring my enormous communications experience, protocol and event management expertise, branding finesse, political strategy and execution capabalities to the benefit of President Mahama and the Govt of Ghana because they are my employers.

Some may have their own reasons for conniving with journalists and NPP elements to lie about me and build disaffection for me, but we must all remember that we are mere mortals.

While you are at it, kindly leave my wife and my sister out of this Hatred-for-Stan campaign.

Kindly bear in mind that turning me over to your paid media hire-lings will NOT win us the elections.
Shalom!".
